The college currently provides transportation facilities by operating buses to take pupils from various towns, villages and even interior places and they are operated and maintained by experts. We are proud to say that we keep punctuality and regularity in the operation of buses

Our College has a very good library with reading facilities and it helps the student teachers to develop their intensive reading and writing skills. A good number of Magazines and Journals are regularly subscribed

Hostels are provided for boys and girls separately. Admission into hostels will be considered only after the admission into Newton College of Education. Only limited seats are available in the hostels. For further details, please contact the Hostel Administration.

Red Ribbon Club of Newton Newton College of Education celebrates World AIDS Day every year on 1st December. Red Ribbon Club (RRC) of Newton Newton College of Education also organizes Blood Donation Camps, Personality Development Programs & Motivational Programs at regular periodic intervals.

To have in-depth knowledge in subject and to know how to present a topic among the audience, Seminar topic is assigned to every individual student in all the papers. Each and every student should come forward and take the seminar to their peer team members. Concern staff members observe the teaching style of the student and give their feed back to correct their mistakes and proper guidance will be provided.

As the students have to undergo a 40 days rigorous internship to gain first hand experience in teaching in various schools in and around Salem. Either the Principal or head of the department explains them the principles to be strictly followed during these 40 days and also give their valuable inputs and guidance to complete their internship successfully without any hurdles
